You found the pi in pie. I can count on four fingers the times I've cried while reading an article on medium (twice in 2024!), so I've got to hand it to your hands...the ones that type on the keyboard, the ones that crimp the crust, the ones that metaphorically hold and transfer the love. P.S. The key to a flaky crust is to use fresh ice water, just off the cube!
