You are helping many women...thank you! Having navigated this phase of life, I'm writing from "the other side" where I have an abundance of physical happiness to share. (When I was a teen, I read my grandmother's copy of The Changing Years, and as a poet, I wrote a poem titled, "Frosty the Hormone" to be sung to the tune of "Frosty the Snowman." I'm no expert on female physiology, but I am fueled by compassion. The idea that some woman in France said that menopause should be thought of as a "return to. youth" totally saved my sorry womb and let me get back on the swing sets and up on the monkey bars and into the sandboxes on life's playground!)
