look towards the sun
stretch out a leg
go for a run.

Ignore stingers
eschew thunder
endure heat of
desert summer.

Then, in winter,
measure distance
as you dream up
your existence.

Think not of time.
Keep to present.
Speed when needed
to stop this rhyme.
