“What’s in your gullet?”

NOTE: The mission of today is to give credit to love’s inherent negative charge. I saw a place on the internet where a person could vote for their favorite “love quotes” on a list. What I discovered on the list was the vast amount of negativity embedded in those words that were someone’s idea of the greatest quotes on love ever written. Of a total of 19 quotes, only two lack any apparent negativity. My review of this situation allowed me to ask, “Is it time for humans to know a different way of love? A love without so much negative charge embedded in it? And, if it is time, what does love with a bit more positive charge even look like? How would it represent itself in this world of exchange, value, takeaway, giveaway, coupons, discounts and sales?” I do not know any answers, I only know the questions. But…I love being able to ask!

Want to see the list of those quotes, and the link to where you can vote for them? OK. Here’s the list and at the end is the link:

Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
