Here’s a wonderful article…but I felt something else was embedded here (even if it wasn’t embedded, I put it there myself): My allostasis “budget” also includes the state of my spirit, my consciousness. This “stasis” might not be internal — it might be part of my “light,” my “aura.” And…I suspect that this light or aura is what my integrative physician sees first when I am in his office for a “physical.”
