Each day, you build one for yourself!

You, curator,
are one who wakes
and assembles
the day’s keepsakes.

The truth of sight
opens heart’s door
and begins search
for things to store.

…spoons, mugs, lamps, chairs,
prunes, bugs, stamps, hairs,
keys, soaps, pies, bowls,
trees, ropes, flies, souls…

Um…. Muses see
your perceptions —
but everyone
owns collections.

NOTE: Even though you have free admission to your own Day Museum when its doors open just as you relax into sleeptime, several world-famous museums opened some of their collections for viewing during this time of social change. Forget your own collections of sofas and cups and gardens and go have a look at the Smithsonian www.si.edu/exhibitions/online, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, Korea www.artsandculture.google.com/partner/national-museum-of-modern-and-contemporary-art-korea?hl=en, and the Louvre www.louvre.fr/en/oal.
