And now we stop the exercise of body things and we poem:
Fire and Ice
By Robert Frost
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.
(Replace “world” with “exercise” and ha ha “frost.” Oh, and am I in trouble for citing this poem without permission? should I have just given this site for it: www.poetryfoundation.org/poems/44263/fire-and-ice? I’m sure some lawyer out there will let me know, slap my fingertips, and make me delete this comment. Right?)
