ACEs are now known as PACEs because everyone's number story likely has a P for POSITIVE and there is usually at least ONE POSITIVE in all Childhood Experience. I've just completed editing of a book about to be published that defines the most SEVERE abuse by a mother to a daughter...and even this author described a few moments of POSITIVITY that kept her going.
